Valentine’s Day isn’t just for couples doing romantic stuff anymore, but also for getting married! Hehehehe. The 38-years-old Sherlock star, Benedict Cumberbatc got married on Valentine’s day to his 36-years-old fiancée Sophie Hunter who is also pregnant with their first child.
The popular British actor got married yesterday, which was Valentine’s Day to theatre director Sophie Hunter in a private ceremony at the 12th Century St. Peter and St. Paul church in the Mottistone.
Fellow actor and nemesis of Benedict, Andrew Scott was amongst those that were at the ceremony, including his War Horse co-star, Tom Hiddleston was in attendance. Martin Freeman is said to be his bestman. More after the cut...
The couple have known each other for about 5 years, but started dating 5 months before their engagement. They made an announcement of their engagement in London Times in early November last year. Few days after the couple’s engagement announcement on London Times. Benedict told E how nice it is to have so much support from his fans, “but the only support I really need, to be honest is from the woman I love, who I propose to.”
He also spoke of his fiancé with People magazine in November last year, “She’s just really cool,” he said, “She’s proud of my work, she’s proud of me, and she loves me. That’s the bottom line, isn’t it? That’s one of the reasons it’s a good fit. It could be a really difficult thing, but she’s just so in command of it.”
Congratulation to the couple of Love. Well I call them that because they got married on Love day, hehehehe.
